I've found myself answering a lot of questions on the phone lately about what's going on outdoors. Until I can provide more of those answers on this site, I created this list of links that will help you find the information you're looking for.

- Big Bear Discovery Center: partners with the forest service and our local portal to the national forest
- Big Bear.com: Big Bear tourist information
- Big Bear Lake.com: take-off of Big Bear.com that provides tourism-based journalism in a blog
- Bear Valley Bikes: cool bike shop serving locals and tourists
- Big Bear.us: home of the most complete online camping info for the big bear area (that I've found so far!)
- US Forest Service page for the San Bernardino National Forest (has safety info, some maps, event info... not as complete as would be nice, but definately has the offical forest info)
